In any case, the returned products must be in the condition received by the customer. This means:
- They must not be damaged and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product
- Be in excellent condition with their factory packaging (box or gelatin)
- To be accompanied by all the documents with which the product was delivered (e.g. Shipping Note - Invoice, etc.).
